Dukkah Nut Dip
Dukkah is the name given to any dry mixture of spices, herbs and nuts. These mixtures are sold by street traders in twists of newspaper to eat then and there. This blend has existed in Egypt since the time of Pharaohs, and was consumed by slaves and rulers alike.
- A chunky blend of nuts, cumin, coriander, and other robust spices, roasted to perfections.
- Serving Suggestion: As an appetizer with chopped fresh chunks of bread. Sprinkle over pumpkin soup or lightly sauteed vegetables.
