DELIVERY INFORMATION

We offer delivery to most Auckland areas on all furniture items, we do reserve the right to cancel and refund a sale if the incorrect freight price has been selected at the time of checkout.

 

 

 


 

AUCKLAND Delivery Area
The map below highlights our local Auckland delivery area.

 RED ZONE  - $70 Delivery Fee

 ORANGE ZONE  - $95 Delivery Fee

 GREEN ZONE  - $120 Delivery Fee

 

 

 

NORTH ISLAND DELIVERY (Outside of Auckland) - For deliveries outside of Auckland in the North Island we use an amazing third party freight carrier. This third party freight company only has one person on the truck each day and also has lots of deliveries to do in a day, this means they do not have the man power or time to bring the items inside for you. This means all outside of Auckland deliveries are only door to door. 

Shipping / Delivery Costs
For beds and furniture:

  • Auckland - Ranges from $70 - $120 dependant on your area
  • North Island Northland, Bay Of Plenty and Waikato Areas - $139 per m2
  • North Island Taranaki, Manawatu and Hawkes Bay Areas - $179 per m2
  • North Island Wellingotn Area - $189 per m2

    Urgent Orders
    If you are needing an item urgently, we will endeavor to meet your requirements given enough notice to do so. Feel free to contact our team if you require any additional information regarding delivery times for your order.

    Rural Deliveries
    We offer delivery to rural Auckland addresses at no extra cost. Other rural regions in the North and South islands may incur slightly higher delivery costs. These will be reflected in the shipping costs at the time of checkout.

     

    Returns & Cancellations

    • No returns will be accepted on a 'change of mind' basis, so please be sure before you buy.
    • We will honour our obligations to provide a remedy to a faulty product under the Consumer Guarantees Act and Fair Trading Act.
    • Once an order is placed, we will be unable to process a cancellation.

    Faulty Products

    • If you happen to receive a faulty or incorrect product, please contact us as soon as possible with any relevant details and pictures if applicable.
    • We will arrange to provide a remedy as quickly as possible.
